Three Decades of Community Involvement
At Compassionate Conversations, we understand the challenges of balancing work and caregiving responsibilities. Our founder, with over 30 years of community involvement, empathizes with those who struggle to find time for their loved ones. We're here to offer support and alleviate any feelings of guilt by providing companionship services for seniors in need.
My Story
I am a caring daughter who helped take care of my aging mother. I am a loving mother of a grown son and daughter. I want to help others and families by being a blessing to a senior citizen who may need... Companionship, transportation, light meal prep, errands, help with daily tasks, accompaniment to events and dining, socialization, help with hobbies, playing cards or games.
During the last 3 years of my mothers decline I made a commitment to myself that I would visit her every single day but I occasionally felt like I wish I could hire someone to go visit with her to supplement my visits when I was working too much or when I was out of town. This led to starting a business. The goal was to supplement family visits with compassionate conversations and kindness. Many times, people just need a companion when they are all alone.
My ultimate aim has always been to ensure she's in the company of a cherished individual. When I was out of town, the longing for a reliable companion for her intensified. Now, I want to extend that same care and companionship to your loved ones, brightening their days and providing essential support when their primary caretakers are unavailable.
